The Company is owned by:
- Green Land for Alternative Energy Company.
- Scatec Solar ASA / Norway.
The Company’s main objectives are as follows:
• The design, development, financing, engineering, procurement, operation and maintenance of the 10 MW solar power generation plant in the city of Ma’an.
• The sale of the electric power generated from the Company's generation plant.
